Hello,
I cancelled my triple play package in early October, packed up the router and DVR units in the return kit provided, and mailed back to Verizon via UPS. The next day I received an email telling me the equipment was received and there was nothing else I needed to do. However today, about two weeks after the equipment returned email, I've received a letter from Verizon threatening a fee of up to $500 per piece of equipment as a "non-return fee". Is there a way to see via my Verizon account (other than the original email stating the equipment was recieved) the tracking status of the equipment to confirmed if it was received?
Unfortunately not unless it was listed in the email you received.
Always copy the tracking info.
Does your email at least list what equipment was returned?
No, the email from Verizon unfortunately does not list out the equipment, but all of the equipment was in the same box so if they received one item then all of the equipment was in their possesion.
