I received this email:

To redeem your exclusive Samsung offer, all you have to do is:

  1. Log in to your account at My Verizon or My Fios app
  2. Click Redeem Samsung Offer Now and follow the redemption instructions

When I click the link it says:
"We're sorry. There was an error fetching your offer code. Please try again later."

What do I do now? I have been on the phone and online with Verizon customer service and have no luck. They told me try different devices and browsers and at different times in the week and nothing works. I keep getting the same error. I have now called 6 times and have been on hold for an hour for two of those times - only to be hung up on. I am frustrated.
