Samsung Promotion Disappeared

When I signed up for fios this past summer I was told after 65 days of on time bill payments I world receive a Samsung Promotional electronic device via the MyFios app.  I paid all bills on time and never received the promotion.  (I was actually promised a $100 gift card from the representatives at my building as well if I joined.). When I called an operator they claimed they never heard of the promotion.  What is happening here? Is this happening alot?
