I had Fios installed in my home at the beginning of September 2021. At the time, they were running a promotion that stated that 65 days after installation of Fios I would qualify to get a Samsung Chrome book, $100 Samsung card and $50 Verizon Credit but I haven't received an email and the redemption tile on my overview have disappeared this week. I've paid the bills on time, so there shouldn't be anything that's preventing that.
