I’ve been without service for what will be 3 days tomorrow. A lot of things are frustrating about this and their misleading communications. However what is most disturbing is the vulnerability of their equipment. You’d think that they’d better protect their equipment that causes a 3 day and counting outage to occur. Also, you’d think they’d have been proactive.
No company could possibly know where or when any weather related service outages can occur. The 1-800-VERIZON number is where you call to get it fixed.
proactive? Not possible, since most installations are stable when put in place.
They said it was a fire not weather but thanks for your comment.
All’s working again
