My phone, internet, tv is not working for more than 10hours since last nights thunder storms at 8:30pm. I tried to contact service team people last night holding 45 min. This morning 45min since 8:40am try to chat with service specialist mr akhila. No response. What a night mare. Who knows when can I get my connection back. Regards {edited for privacy}

my mother's phone is out again and trying to get repaired is a joke. she has no cell no internet and no help from Verizon. She called and got no where I call and get well maybe by friday. really she lives alone and so kid tried to break into her home last week. the service department was a joke the lady repeated her phone number wrong when i corrected her she said well i made a mistake. she repeated it wrong again and again. then said well can we reach her on her cell phone to which i said I told you 3 times now she has no cell phone. this happens all the time and I am so mad I am about to get her on my cell plan and tell her to cancel this rotten service. repair has been there before and said the lines are so old and they need to be changed out and we keep telling them and they wont listen. So what do they do but keep a truck at the front of the park by the big box and there is always someone there working on it every day. so yeah yall got major problems.
