Share Cell Coverage Web Map link

I wish to include your data coverage map in an ArcOnline WebMap as a layer to inform hikers and outdoor users of cellular coverage availability. I wish them to be able to plan ahead and use alternative navigational tools in necessary and be prepared for spotty coverage if applicable for safety purposes. Is there a hosted coverage layer that could be added to a new web map for the State Parks and Forests? Another alternative might be to share cell tower locations along with coverage ranges. Any data you may be able to share would be most helpful.
