As many who of us are struggling financially with families right now, I had set up a payment arrangement with Verizon last month but they still cut my cable off (2 days before the payment was to post)... They charged $50 to reactivate it. I called today trying to understand why it was shut off when the arrangement was made. Only to be told that the arrangement was denied... How {word filter avoidance} am I supposed to know that if the arrangement was still set up and I was never notified... I can't stress enough how much I HATE Verizon. I can't wait til this contract **bleep** is over. And the service sucks. I live in a 2 bdrm apt and internet barely reaches the master bedroom.
