Hi,
I am not a current Verizon customer. I live in Europe using a gmail account.
However, I get emails to my Gmail address with Verizon receipts, customer agreements, etc. I did not authorize this, not did I ever validate any signup email.
I am very concerned about fraud.
I have tried to contact customer services over phone, but they need a user and password to help me. I was even able to give them the user of the "wrong" user of my mail but still nothing happens.
Please reply to this account if you (Verizon) wish to follow up. I can provide you with the account using my Gmail address, and the phone numbers on the receipt emails.
Just to clarify, I do not want a Verizon customer using my Gmail email address, and it seems I am not the only one with the same problem...
Regards,
