I am unable to redeem the sound bar offer. I have contacted several departments, texted with 3 chat agents and no one has be able to help with this. The last suggestion was to get in contact with the Gift Card customers support line; I have been on hold trying to get with an agent all morning, it is noon now.
Can a moderator please help with this? I am running out of options and my last redemption date is May 10th.
