TV Everywhere apps not logging in after change to Mix and Match TV

After changing to a "mix and match" plan, I'm having an issue logging into two separate TVE apps using my fios credentials.  The AMC app and the Hallmark channel app both are saying "Subscription required" although I am subscribed to both.  I am manually logging into the authentication site when asked by the app.

I have tried multiple devices, re-installing the app, changing my account password, and using sub-accounts, with no results.

FIOS tech support have been no help, they just said it was an issue on the app end.  The AMC app support people said it was a verizon issue.  Common sense says this is a permissions issue on the verizon side due to the multiple new tv plans they now have with mix and match.  But I can't get anyone to look into this issue deeper.

Has anyone else had an issue such as this and is there a resolution?

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu.
