I have no channel guide for channels 24 - 49. As a result, not only can we not see the list., but we cannot program anything on that list. I have called six times, once each day for a week. I have been told it will be fixed by varying times each day, such as 6, 6:45, 8, and now the latest is 11:45. It is not fixed. We used to have that list but then Verizon switched out the emails and evidently this list. I will persist in calling each day, a colossal waste of my time and yours, but I would like to see the complete channel guide which is what we are paying for. One representative suggested I go to high def but I like to record in standard because it takes less space. The inability of Verizon to figure this out is discouraging.
