I placed a request for a new connection on 14 May
tech gets dispatched on 21 May and checks the cables and asks me to plug the modem in and register the account. Everything was done as per instructions and still no internet. Was told it’s an issue at the core office where they need to plug in the ports and nothing to be done by him, he would email them and it would get done in some time.
Which never happened and after numerous chat complaints and calls another tech arrives ,does all the tests and says the same thing.
its just going in circles and I still don’t have a conenction.
best part was when I was trying to get the connection I was made to pay a deposit of 250$.
i am totally disappointed!
