Tree branches tangled on phone/cable lines

hello everyone!

I am stuck with a problem.

There is a tree in front of my property (outer edge of the sidewalk) and has branches that is entangled with both cable wires running thru it and fios wires going into my house.

I have checked with local power company PSEG and they assured us that wires are not theirs and directed us to contact phone/cable company.

I have tried to reach the right support person for the tree trimming request but always got directed to different people who had no idea what to do.

Can someone please help?
