Hi all - Unfortunately I have a very bad situation in which a Verizon Line team cut down a tree on the adjacent proerty and left it all over my lawn. It was a huge walnut tree and now I have a massive amount of debris all over my lawn. Some of the trunk parts are too heavy to lift. I really can't believe they didn't clean up after themselves.
I'm try to contact someone at Verizon but they don't make it easy to do that, so I'm reaching out this way to the Verizon Community.
If I can't get this resolved it could push me away as a customer.
Anyone know a way I could contact someone at Verizon who manages the line teams?
