Trying to Redeem My $100 Gift Card

ke just about everyone else offered this promotion...trying to redeem my $100 gift card. I was told by a representative this is a known issue  I was also offered $200 in Google or Nest smart home products that I was able to redeem no problem. It looks like other people that have posted into the forum are directed to someone that can do something.
