Hello, can anyone please help us with our Paid Surpport here in our state's ? Say's we get surpport here in the state's 24 hr's a day 7 days a week but for past 5 hr's all call's go to Asia or Philippines. ( No. 2 ) We can not redownload our Security package any help on this would be great. Thank you'll very much and have a Blessed evening.

yes i found it, its JUNK SURPPORT.   ASIA PHILIPPENS we hope Donald Trump will shut Verizons so called surpport down except here in the U.S.A.  Tks 4 no help people...........................

I for one don't use the services you are asking about.

And companies take business off shore for cheaper pricing.
Will you be willing to pay more if all support is US based and prices go up?
