Unable to Redeem my Samsung Offer

Hello - I signed up for a new account and trying to redeem my offer using Reseem Now Button. However when clicking I don’t see any link in my home screen of FIOS app. Can you pls help, as per the email tomorrow is lasy day to redeem.

below is the mail I received;

Follow the instructions below to redeem.   

A.   Click on the Redeem now button below and log in using your
user ID and password.

B.   Click on the reward tile and follow the on-screen instructions
to register your reward.
