Unable to claim gift two $100 gift cards

Hello, I've reached out to two different chat agents and reached out via phone with no luck. I'm unable to redeem gift cards for my Verizon Fios account. I am unable to get to the page for the reward located at https://rewardsuat.verizon.com. The page just fails to load. I've tried 2 different computers, different browsers and my phone with no luck (both in browser and the Verizon app). The first agent provided me with this number to speak to the rewards/gift card support team and it seems to be down. The second agent suggested I call this number: 1-800-837-4966 since the other number was down. The person that answered the second number told me I called the wrong number and needed to call the first number which seemed to be only for Verizon mobile customers. Can I get some help on this?

Contact you states attorney generals office via google seach. This is quite a regular complaint. They have links set up to take your money but dead links etc. that go no where. Contact them. Try their consumer frauds and protections bureau.
