I am having the same issue as multiple users it seems. I am unable to claim the Google Nest Hub Max offer from signing up for Fios TV/Internet. The claim tile doesn't appear, I only get a “learn more” tile. When I click on “How to reedem” the linked page loops into an infinite loading spin. I have had service for over 65 days. Odd that I have to go through so much just to claim an offer I already chose when signing up for FIOS service.
