I've been unable to redeem the $100 Verizon Gift Card I received for signing up for Fios. I was able to begin the process to redeem and received an email back on Sept 21, 2020 indicating that a card would be sent to me via US mail within the next 30 days and I am yet to receive anything.
The email states "For your convenience, you can track the status of your reward at any time. Simply log in to your My Verizon account at verizon.com/myverizon click the "Fios Welcome Bonus" link and view the status of your card." but no such link exists when I log into my account.
