Unable to redeem $100 Visa prepaid card through email

It seems an endless number of people are having this issue. I click on the link to redeem the card in the email, and it just goes to my normal dashboard. I want the $100 dollar card I was promised or else I will report this as false advertising to the attorney general in NYC, pretty scummy of you guys to do this to your customers in the middle of a pandemic.
