As the title mentioned, I cannot redeem the $300 off the soundbar. I called Verizon customer support, was passed around from team to team, and after an hour was told they are having trouble redeeming it as well.
As another Verizon customer posted recently (thanks if you see this), I get the error:
Hmmm… can't reach this page wwwawssit.ebiz.verizon.com’s server IP address could not be found.
Idk what to do at this point but this is a rough start to being a Verizon customer..
