Unable to redeem $50 gift card

Im hoping someone here can help. I'm trying to redeem the $50 gift card offer on my account,  but every time I click on the link, it just links back to the same page. 

I searched for solutions, and it seems to be a recurring issue for others as well. But I wasn't able to find anything that worked.
