Unable to redeem Gift Card

I received an email from Verizon "Now that your Fios service has been installed for 65 days it's time to redeem your reward."  I have clicked on the 'Get Started' & 'Redeem Now' links on both on my desktop and on the app and every time it takes me to a screen that says:

This site can’t be reached took too long to respond.


  • Checking the connection
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
Please help asap.
