Unable to redeem Samsung reward.

Greetings:

As a new customer, I just receive a link to redeem reward toward samsung products.  Upon login into my Verizon account and click on the Redeem Samsung Offer Now link, it redirects to Samsung web page where I chose the free Galaxy tab a 8".  I follow the ordering process and at checkout the price is $249 instead of free.  I try the Galazy tab a 10.5" which I think cost $130 extra but at checkout it's $379.  It looks like the promo link doesn't seem to work.  Any idea why the link doesn't work and is it possible to get a Verizon promo code to apply at check out instead?
