Unable to redeem VISA rewards card

Hello,

Like many other new verizon customers, I have also found myself unable to redeem my VISA rewards card as the link is not working properly.

Help with this issue would be very appreciated. The rewards card was definitely a factor in my decision to choose verizon. If Verizon fails to live up to its promises, however, I will have to reconsider my choice.
