Like many others on this forum, I seem to be unable to activate my welcome offers of two Verizon $100 gift cards. Up until last night (incidentally the day I qualified for the bonus) I could see messages on the fios app and website telling me that I could redeem the gift cards beginning on 7/18/21 along with a link that inexplicably took me to a page where I could change my plan. Today those messages are gone and I still have no way to figure out how to redeem the gift cards. The website / app are now even less helpful than before!
Furthermore, something similar has happened with my welcome offer of 12 months of discovery+: no info whatsoever on how to redeem.
Given how difficult they make it I have to assume Verizon just doesn't want to pony up for the freebies they've offered.
