Unable to redeem/register $200 FiOS gift card
I have tried for weeks to redeem/register the $200 gift card I received for signing up for FiOS, and I keep getting an error message: "Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later." I have tried multiple times, computers/browsers/apps. I have tried calling but remain on hold so long I just give up. Help!
