I switched to Fios from a competitor to give it a shot. Overall I’m happy with the product. However, when I switched there was a
promo where I qualified for $250 in gift cards ($100 for selecting home gigabit, $100 for selecting The Most Fios Tv package, and a separate $50 gift card for the visa gigabit selection - I can’t remember why they said I would get the extra $50 gift card). I received a confirmation email stating I would receive these (attached). Then when they hit my account finally back in May, there were only two gift cards in my Fios account (totaling $150, not the $250 I was told I would receive over the phone and via email confirmation. ). Clicking redeem does nothing and the promo states I have until the end of July to claim. This promo was the reason I made the switch, and I haven’t been able to connect with anyone at Verizon who seems to know how to help. Anyone else have this issue and what did you do to get what you were promised??
