Unable to to register/redeem my prepaid gift card for new installation

Every time I try to access the site to redeem my prepaid gift card for new installation, it doesn't work. It shows up in my home page and says 'In order to receive your reward, you must register within 60 days of your Fios installation. Please take a few moments and do so today. Register Now', but the site doesn't work. The site it tries to take me to is 'https://vzrewards.verizon.com', and it just says 'This site cannot be reached' over and over again.
