Unprofessional tech = bad business
DannyDD
Newbie

Tech called me once and I missed the call.
He did not leave me a voice mail.
I called back 4 times but no one answered and his mailbox is full.
Above situation led today’s install to be rescheduled.
I hope the tech to be more professional to answer the call or leave me a Voice Mail to communicate at least.

In certain cases the phones are just outgoing. The phones may be used by other installers and they are not going to listen to all those voicemails.

it is understood that you are to be available on the day of install. ALL DAY and that is why you have to reschedule.

Welcome to the forums.  You're talking to other customers here.  Your situation is certainly frustrating.  If you want to discuss it with Verizon, you need to contact them via chat, phone or @Verizonsupport on Twitter.
