Unresolved Property Damage

I had Fios installed on November 19,2017. During the installation the technician shorted out my hard wired alarm system and DVR player. I had the alarm company follow up with me the following day when they unsuccessfully tried to connect my cameras and signal to the monitoring company.

I am disabled and must be able to connect to all emergency sources.

i have been trying to resolve this problem however the manager in the field refuses to investigate or visit my home to see the damage. Someone please help
