I have recently had a very poor service experience. Candidly, I don't know who to complain to. It is not an issue of the service providers not be friendly, it is a matter to some degree of incompetence and things being done that haven't been authorized by the customer. I have had two technicians come to my house - one I did not request to do a service I did not ask for and a second one to actually address the issue I called to have corrected. That technician had some issues because the service request had been changed without my authorization. Now I find myself needing a third technician to resolve another matter that was not an issue previously. Who do I call? I have been a Verizon customer for decades and this is truly the first very bad experience I have had - and it is frustrating!
