Unsatisfactory and hostile customer service

I have made several attempts to resolve my service and billing issues on my residential number to no avail and my account is now closed. I have been a Verizon customer for close to 30 years and have had my number for the same amount of time. I had such an unhelpful, aggressive and frustrating response from a CSR named Clarence I resorted to using foul language after being baited and chastised by him. I am disappointed in myself that I allowed him to push me to that point. Dealing with Verizon customer service has become the worst experiences in my life. At one time it was the best. Either I way I would appreciate it if someone in an authority position that actually cares about customer service email me back so I can resolve my situation. Thank you for your assistance in making that happen.
