Utility pole blocking my driveway need moved

The utility pole is blocking my driveway need it moved just 18" to be able to used the second half of my driveway. How do i get it moved?

Not very likely.

Utilities typically have a right of way to install their equipment.

If they would move it, you would probably have to pay all of the expenses.
Which could be quite expensive as they would have to disconnect and reconnect all of the connections. Which may not be easy as some of the wiring might not reach the new location.
