So I was advised by a very good customer service employee, Eileen, about this program and sent me the link to it. I filled out the form and tried to upload my proof of employment and got a message saying to pick which type of photo is was but did not give me a pick list or any way to pick jpeg. I tried to find a contact number but was unable to, I found this ironic that a company that started with strictly phone service won’t provide a phone contact number, I was only able to find this forum. Looking through the original forum on this topic I noticed the problems go back to 2017, so much for being proactive in fixing problems. Anyway, if someone can contact me and help me out I would appreciate it.
