FYI, one of your service trucks license plate NY 44917-MK keeps parking in a residential area overnight. Your trucks are equipped with GPS your company knows exactly where this truck is located.

Please have them return your equipment back to the shop. Parking a commercial truck in a residential area is a violation of NYC traffic law Section 4-08:

"No person shall park a commercial vehicle on a residential street, between the hours of 9 pm and 5 am In the case when a commercial vehicle is parked in violation of this rule, the burden of proof is placed on the person who received the summons, to prove that he or she was actively engaged in business at the time the summons was issued at a premises located within three City blocks of where the summons was issued." www1.nyc.gov/html/dot/html/motorist/parktruck.shtml -

Please understand this effects the residents. We will start to call the police/311 to issue summons
