VZ Rewards Website NOT Working

Hi,

I have been trying to register to receive my reward but when I click on the link that is suppose to direct me to vzrewards.verizon.com, it will not work. I see so many other customers have this same exact issue. I would just like to register for the reward in time so that I can receive it in a timely manner.
