Like many others on this forum, switched to Verizon because of the promo of a $250 Verizon gift card that could be used toward my bill that they had going on. However, it's been more than 5 months since I got my eligibility email titled "Exciting News! You're eligible for a Verizon gift card". I started having doubts about seriousness of Verizon's customer promises. Please help me understand what's been going.
