Verizon $250 prepaid card reward registration

Hello,

I have the Register Now banner for the $250 reward on my account page but everytime I click on it I receive "This site can't be reached vzrewards.verizon.com".  This link hasn't worked for over 2 weeks.  How do I register to receive this award that was promised when I signed up for fios.
