Verizon Cart Issues

So, I got a nifty Verizon $100 gift card for signing up for FIOS.  I logged into my Verizon account and found some earbuds for $99 that I decided to buy.  After multiple 503 errors, I was able to add the earbuds to my cart.  I checked and was already logged in.  

When clicking checkout, I am prompted to login again.  I successfully login & am repeatedly prompted to login.  I am not able to proceed past this "login loop."  Chat appears to be stalled - have been waiting for someone to help there for over 1 hour.  Help?
