Verizon Claims Department Contact

I had a contractor repair a problem with my sewer line from the home to the street today.  When the portion of the line causing the problem was uncovered, it was observed that Verizon FIOS conduit had penetrated the sewer line during installation and caused the problem.  Please provide contact information for the appropriate Verizon Claims Department so that I can seek recovery of the repair cost.
