Verizon Connections Discount problems

So i tried setting up the employer discount for the $10 and i tried multiple times but it always brings me to a screen with an error. The note says i need to contact a rep and give them the code at the bottom of the screen. I did that and they cant seem to help me with it and they tell me its a online enrollment only. Ive read numerous online compplaints about this. can someone help me with this.
