Does anyone else find it annoying that Verizon's "call you" feature connects you to the same automated line that you could call yourself?
If you want to provide customer service at least have the decency to have your actual service representative call your customers. As if they'd be able to understand a word of what the rep said anyway.
For what we pay for service charges you would think that they could afford to serve us.
I have found twitter support to be quite helpful.
Pretty responsive. @verizonsupport
To get an American English speaking agent it’s best to call between 8 AM till 5 PM EDT
which normally gets me to a rep in Virginia or Carolina etc.
any calls after regular hours gets off shore support. Totally useless. However the twitter suggestion as well as here https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect
can get better assistance.
