Hi, I've been trying for weeks to redeem my black friday sign up reward, the Ring 2 Doorbell. It's shows as a $100 Amazon Gift card on my account dashboard. Even so, the link doesn't even work when I click it. Everytime I chat with an online rep, they tell me to call the Promotions department, the Promotions department tells me to call Sales department, the Sales department sends me to the "local" office, and that phone doesn't get picked up, because at that point I've been on hold for 3 hours.
Please tell me how I can get the reward that I had chosen on signup day.
Looking at the posts on his message board, I dont think I need to go further into details, as everyone has had that same nightmare.
I was able to redeem my 1 year of Prime and Echo with no problem.
