Verizon Green Box Needs To Be Moved ASAP

Hello.  Verizon has placed a green box on my lawn and I need it moved because I am getting a fence built and the box is the way.  How can I get this removed.  Please help. Thanks.

They may not. Or may do it at a cost to you.

In most cases, utilities have an easement that gives them access to your property.

You should have gotten a plat survey when you bought your house that should show utilitiy easements.

Maybe check online to see if your local government has property info online.

Or check with your local planning and zoning department.
