After wasting over an hour last night and another hour today, I was told that Verizon Internet Security does not work with windows 8.1 and that they have no idea when it will be compatible nor will they be announcing when it is compatible. I however, pay for this service monthly. Last month we lost our email for over a week and now this. Can't wait until my contract is up. It will be bye bye for us.

There's no reason to be paying monthly for security anyways when there are so many way better free security programs that are top rated to download and use.
