I have a VZ FIOS service, live in NJ. My electric utility company installed a new utility pole and need Verizon to come out and remove the old pole as well as move the service, not getting anywhere with the digital assistance madness. Is there a number for local Verizon franchise in state of New Jersey who can help?

I have done 3 chat sessions in last 4 days and was promised a callback but nothing yet, I have a ticket number for my existing FIOS service since summer of 2017. I need VZ to move my service from overhead to underground cabling, my contractor is doing trenching, new conduit install for Verizon (and cable service) and backfilling, just need VZ to either run the fiber or tell me what fiber to buy and have my contractor run it and then VZ will have to terminate the fiber.
