Verizon Raised My Bill by $12 Without Notice for a Router I never Used

Signed up two years ago for Gigabit internet for $79.99.

Last Auto Pay, I was charged $12 more.

Discount still shows on account

I do not want to spend hours on the phone.

Put my price back to where it was and/or send me a return label to mail the router back.

Pretty ridiculous Verizon can just jack a bill for no reason, while stil showing I am entitled to the discount.

Refund my account the $12 and correct this!
